Custom html section is not loading on section refresh

Custom html section is not loading on section refresh.

On section refresh, only the custom html section is failing to load. Error we are getting is Failing to find instance

Check the error in the tracer, PEGARULES file, and console. This should give us some idea as to where it is getting failed.
