CSS files are not getting downloaded (404 HTTP status codes) using 2-way SSL configuration

After logging into PRPC using 2-way SSL configuration, CSS files are not getting downloaded (404 HTTP status codes) because of which developer portals menus/app explorer does not work. Using 6.3 SP1 version
