Cross Site Scripting - custom login

Hi ,

 

We have Custom Login/SignUp screen where we used HTML/Javascript ,so basically I am looking for how to prevent our application from cross site scripting for Custom Parameter which is used in HTML/Javascript .please let me know your inputs on this.
