Credentials not recognised for exercise system

When I try to login to the exercise system it says information entered is not recognised. I'm using the same username and password to login to Pega Academy - is this correct?

You need to use the username and password found in the Exercise guide. The credentials you are using give you access to the Academy site, but not the exercise system.  Use the Exercise Guide or the username and password described in the exercise.
