credentials asking for open exercise system

While click on "Open exercise system", the web page is coming and showing as 

Status:fail

Operator:Unauthenticated or not available

Node:No ID available

We try to hit the URl till prweb "https://paex47-use.pegacloud.io/prweb/", but it is asking login credentials.

Here which credentials should put.

Did you try logging in the credentials which are mentioned at the start of each exercise?

As suggested could you try restarting the exercise system ?

Is the issue resolved ?
