Scenario: I attaching 3-4 docs. Now i using pzInskey to display the unique ID of all the document i have uploaded. Now i need to view it in pega. For viewing purpose i have written a piece of Iframe code. Now my concern is how to create or generate a URL ? Is there any OOTB activity to do that ?
Any insight on this would be helpful.
for ex: LINK-ATTACHMENTTRIALAPP-POC-WORK P-20221!20170109T042253.852 GMT
This is the pzInskey, if i can convert it into a URL it would be useful.
Why aren't you using the out of the box attachement functionality? It seems like you are struggling to do something that you get for free. Then you can just include your section into your harness and not need to write custom iFrames or anything else that is outside the guardrails/unsupported.

@Prashants I am using the same. But the problem is Iframe is not recognising the pzinskey. when i pass the pzinskey to the Iframe section its throwing an error. It must be a URL and file must be in some temp server or something.
@Mike i am using the OOTB pxAttachment only. Again the problem comes when i try to view the document. For that i need Iframe.
Iframe loading is working but the parameter i am passing is where i got struck.
I have added an image. Please have a look

The attachments will be stored in the PC_DATA_WORKATTACH table, if you want to create a link and refer it in iframe you can use the Activity "Work-DisplayAttachFile" where you need to pass the pxLinkedRefTo property value of your attachment to LinkedRefTo parameter. Probably onclick of your link you can call this activity by passing the pxLinkedRefTo property value of your attachment inorder to download it. Hope this will help you in achieving your requirement.
For more information, look into the pyAttachmentFeedDescription control and GetAttachmentReference activity about the implementation of the OOTB Case attachments functionality.
