Creating my own agent type
Instead of using existing agent types (standard and advanced), can we create our own agent type?. If possible,can some one guide me on how to achieve this?.

Unfortunately Pega does not support creating a custom agent type as all the complex requirements can be achieved by using Advanced agent.
However if there is something that you feel can be added to current agents functionality to make them more powerful, feel free to raise Feedback requests for same.
