Create multi drop downs control for a single field

hi

i want to achieve the below functionality where i can add multiple drop downs like expiry month and expiry year for a single field say CREDIT CARD expiry date. plz check image below

also how to display text beside dropdown field like MM and YY as shown.

HI ,

In the presentation tab of the date control, we have this option to show the datepicker as dropdowns.

(Select the display mode as "Dopdown list " in the presentation tab.)

Hi ,

FIrst check with three dopdown and not selecting value in the date dropdown . See what it is holding in the clipborad (and is it inline with your requirement ?) . Now if it is fine then we can try to  hide the  first dropdown using some css code.
