Course: System Architect Essentials Version: 8 - Unable to Access the Exercises

I have gone thru and completed the course(System Architect Essentials Version: 8) once.

now i wanted to revise and refer back. I tried to access the courses , but im getting the following error

Wed Aug 14 17:37:26 UTC 2019. PegaRULES 8.1 (PRPC-8.1.5-644)

There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator
Status:fail
Operator:Unauthenticated or not available
Node:No ID available

Can you please help to resolve this ?

Hello,

Please try the following to rule out a caching issue. 

 

- Log out of current Academy sessions

- Close all active browser tabs/windows

- Completely clear browser cache and cookies

- Restart browser and retry

- If issue persists try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and try again (this only works if you don’t have the same error in the other browsers).
