couldn't install pega personal edition software 7.2.2
Hi ,
I had downloaded pega PE 7.2.2.
when I try to install by double clicking install.bat
I get an error
Could not extract Jar file to directory: F:\Pega\pegaGuiInstallerTemp0
when I try to rename folder to pegaGuiInstallerTemp0, i get again same error with increased Temp value like
Could not extract Jar file to directory: F:\Pega\pegaGuiInstallerTemp
when I try to rename folder to pegaGuiInstallerTemp, i get again same error with increased Temp value like
Could not extract Jar file to directory: F:\Pega\pegaGuiInstallerTemp1
Please provide me a solution asap.

Hi ,
I have installed in my PC. It is working fine.
1.make sure system requirements are met. eg. 2GB RAM see the full requirements during the installation.
2. You have to run installation using administrator or with elevated access
3. During installation, check the port availability for Tomcat server and database port.

well its great you have finally installed, I had issues installing but figure out there were some files missing so had to re-download
