Cosmos Case Create
we upgraded our application from 8.1 to 8.4 Cosmos. In Cosmos Create menu we see that on clicking the navigation case is created but it's not opening up automatically. It's showing a message at bottom. We want to open it directly, let us know if any knows how to fix this.

As per Comso design, after creating a case, we'll display a link to open it.
However, if you want to open it after creation, then try to update the pyCreateCaseMenu as below:
Then validate the behavior and share the response with us.

Alternatively, you can uncheck Skip 'Create' view when users create a new case option at the case level to open the case after its creation in the portal.

What Praveen said it works, i am also using same version what you are using.
Made changes suggested by Praveen and it worked. Steps
1. Click on Add an action link
2. Select Create Work from list of actions
3. Provide required parameters class and flow name
4. save it in your version
5. log-off and login. Open the user portal it would work fine
