Correct assignment not opening after Split For Each

Hi All,

I am using Split for Each for a pagelist for creating mutilple assignments, and passed Approval Flow and routing it
accordingly to different users. But when i login from that user and open the assignment, it opens the assignment of the previous flow and not of the Approval Flow. Not getting where is the exact issue.

Please suggest the solution or correct approach.
