Copy table structure,primarykey,indexes and columns but no data
Hi All.
I have a requirement to create a DB table , with the exact structure, primary key, indexes and columns and no data from an existing table.
We have done same assignment by creating a ticket to pega but the data is also copied and couldnt find the Script created in the ticket .

Connect-SQL is used for complex Structured Query Language statements such as joins or stored procedures to update or extract information from an external database.
You can use connect SQL to run stored procedures which has the DDL statements.
DDL statements are used to create the tables in pega.

thanks praveen. Iam looking for the ddl script for the mentioned requirement.
we have the access to create/alter/insert , we need to share the ddl script with pega team to get it done .
i need to copy the structure of the existing datatable including primary key, indexes,cokumns and not the data .

You can create the RAP on including the data-Admin-Db table records of a class which mapped to the database table. Attempt to import the RAP in other environment but don't import it. While importing through import wizard, there is an option to download the DDL. It downloads the respective DDL of the table structure. In top of it if you want to change the table name in the DDL (create table <tablename>) and use that script to create the table like the table structure you want.

I have tried the solution suggested by you but i dont see primary key schema and also button to download the DDL script.

@RamyaK4550Siva solution will work. Import the RAP file and click on next. Before importing the actual rules, PEGA will execute the SQL query 1st and then the corresponding rules. You will get an link option to down the sql file.
