Converted section to pdf and downloaded. But downloaded pdf data text color is white color

Hi all,

Converted the section to pdf using pxCreatePDF shape. After downloading the created pdf data is hiding/not visible.

How to show the hidden/not visible data?

Hi,

 

Could you please provide the pega version. From 7.4 pega version, there is an option for DSS setting to ignore the skin CSS and render the default styles for pdf using compact style sheets.

Call any of the activites (CreatePDF/pyAttachAsPDF/HTMLToPDF ) by setting UseCompactStylesforPDF to true.
