Convert PageList to CSV and change Column format to ruleset verion(00-00-00)

Hi Team,

I have used to pxConvertResultsToCSV activity to generate csv file in my activity and i'm able to generate csv file but data format is not correct.

 

Please find the attached screenshot for your reference. Can you please help me on this.
