Constellation local picklist options are not reflecting localised values
When we are applying localization on local picklist options in constellation, it is not working.
Followed the steps mentioned in below article: https://docs.pega.com/bundle/platform-88/page/platform/user-experience/localizing-properties-with-more-than-one-value.html Any ideas?

Localization of Picklist values that are locally sourced (i.e. not from a data page) required the "associated" localization rules to be generated by running the Constellation upgrade / application readiness utility to create them.
Once this has been done, if you have generated the localization via App studio you will see the picklist values in the exported sheet where you can add the translations.
Now, after importing the translated file, you should find that the translated picklist values in the portal.

@nalls3 The steps we followed for dropdown values
1. In Dev studio, generate localisation rules in a branch using below article
2. In App studio, export translation pack for a specific language
3. Add the translated value for the dropdown options in excel OR
In Dev studio, update the localisation rule(created in #1) associated with dropdown field using below article
Note: We have tried both the options before creating the post
4. In App studio, import the transaction pack
5. In UI, still dropdown values are displayed in English even though the relevant localisation rule in language specific ruleset reflects the updates done in # 3

@Ronali After importing the translated data in the App studio, can you please check whether the rules in the Rule-UI-Localization class has the latest date time value?

@nalls3 After importing translation pack, in autogenerated ruleset picklist related localization rule has the changes but UI does not reflect that

Looks like the sync didn't happen to the App static URL.
Can you please check if this localized rule holds the latest date time. Also, please check browser network trace to see if the view which holds the dropdown list is giving 400 error.
