Configuring pega repository

After enabling pega repository in SOR how can we connect it with the development PRPC?

It gives the above error.Are we correct on setting the configurations? If this is configure correctly when we try to publish the repository to the SOR it should prompt the SOR pega repository name in development server or any other way?

It's giving HTTP code 400, please capture fiddler trace try to see the request url. It's saying it is bad request try to check authentication checkbox if required.
