Configured File Listener not working ,throwing an invalid source location error.
Hi All,
we have a requirement as need to build a file listener,which will listen the file from specific location and process those files (create the cases fro each row in that file).
so coming to solution we have configured All Service Rule ,Service Package and File Listener.when I upload the file manually it is working fine ,where file listener not able to access that location.
Giving a below error when we click on Test connectivity ,same message produced in logfile as well.
Invalid source location: [. Communisis/2. Robotics/1. PaperlessStatements/1. Incoming] does not exist.
please provide a solutuoin if you have faced this issue before?

Hi Raj,
This directory will not be able to get parsed.
To start with, you can give local directory ( C:\ or D:| ) and test connectivity to make sure your set up is right.

Actually I would like to know how to grant an access to file path in pega configured server? do you have any idea?..
