Configure image in a field group list

How can i configure an image field (called dish image) in a field group list such that i need to add many items.

Hi,

We are not clear with the usecase.

Just checking, do you want add a image column to the list? Or do you want a column so that at run time, you can collect a list of images as we would for example collect a list of names?
