Configure entity model extractor to extract fields from a case type property field (8.xx)

Hi: I have a case type with a single text data property and I have an entity model extractor. I need to run the extractor on text data property and extract a few fields. How do I map these together? How to do I configure extractor to use case type data property and where to access the extracted data fields?
