Column Populator
Hi All,
Can anyone help me in implementing Column Populator.
Here is my requirement:
I exposed one of the blob properties using Alter script on pc_work table and am able to populate the value for that column for new cases. I want to populate the exposed column value for old cases. One of the approaches I found is through Column Populator.
I red in pdn about Column Populator, it seems we need to modify the property file prpcUtils.properties and need to run prpcUtils.bat/prpcUtils.sh.
Can someone who followed this approach, help me in this ?

Thanks for sharing Shekhar. I already gone through all these and concluded on approach as mentioned above. I need someone's confirmation on this who implemented it in Production environment and I would like to know that is there any chance of issues, if so how can we handle etc..

In real-time at prod take more time to update all cases. That also based on the WO count in your prod.

Yeah, I think command line Column Populator usage in Prod is very rare, I'm going with some other approach. Whatever steps I mentioned in my first post to implement Column Populator is right.
