CLSA App Buld Exam team response

Hi,

I have sent a request for scheduling my exam for Thursday this week on Monday(02/09) but yet to receive a response on next steps?

Is there is a number I could call or a helpline to understand what happens next or if the exam is now scheduled?

Thanks for the response and I appreciate the team being busy.

I was just trying to understand the next steps after sending an email for the exam especially with no response stating any SLA.

I completely understand the team might be busy but was expecting a professional response to my query with no other means to reach out.
