Pega CLSA - Exam Preparation and Prerequisites

I am preparing for pega CLSA- 7.x examination and I have few queries specific to my situation.
Could anybody please provide detail information of following queries...
I am currently obtaining Pega Certified CSSA - 5.x.
queries:
1. Do I need to sit for Pega CSSA - 7.x ?
2. Currently till what time Pega CLSA is valid for Pega 7.x version since Pega 8.x is in the market?
3. what are the prerequisite i need to complete to get eligible Pega CLSA?

2. The LSA 7.4 (PEGACLSA74V1-R) exam will be retired on October 31, 2019.

As you said post Oct- 31st Pega 7.4 is going to be retired , in that case for Pega 8.x CLSA the prerequisite remain same or its different than pega 7.4.
