Cloud Self service MSP restart
I have multiple Pega Cloud environments and aware about MSP self-service restart feature, how do I go about performing the restarts ?

Customers in cloud 2.x architecture can restart their lower environments (DevTest and Staging) using the MSP self-service feature, however for production environments an SR needs to be raised using My Support Portal which will be approved and executed as per standard Pega CAB procedure (PDN Link for Pega change management is provided below).
Customers in 1.x architecture can restart their DevTest environment using the MSP self-service feature, however for Staging and Production environments an SR needs to raised using My Support Portal and only Production environments will go through the standard Pega CAB procedure (PDN Link for Pega change management is provided below).
