Closing a report is returning to dashboard instead of case results ot WL or WB

Hi friends,

I have a question on the behavior of closing the case.

When we open a case using advance search and close the case, it is returning to dashboard instead of search page
Similarly; When Close one report, its returning to dashboard instead of Reports page.

I verified the dynamic container properties and it is not in Single mode. I am looking for some suggestions, Any inputs?

Hi Arun,

I checked for the reported behavior in the OOTB case manager portal. It seems to work fine.

Can you take a look at the OOTB Manager portal and confirm? Have you customized the close button to perform a refresh harness?

Also, please confirm your PRPC version and share the screen shots depicting the configuration and the issue.
