Clipboard Threads not expanding on click in Chrome browser in laptop

Facing an issue on click on the clipboard threads on the plus icon to expand the page which is not happening.Also the menus from the explorer pane in the left case types, records etc are also not loading. Facing this issue only in laptop. Any thoughts to check on the reason for the same.
