On click of work object on the drill down RD Key handle instance is Shown, instead of work object to be open on portal.
Hello All,
we have a requirement where we are calling one RD in drill down of the main RD once the report is executed on click of drill down RD all the work objects are visible to user, When user try to click on the work object, the work object should open back at the portal but here it showing the key handle value in the pop up could anyone please assist on the same.Please find the screenshot for the same.

Hi Lavanya,
After looking into your screenshots, it looks like you are using the indexed work object content from Data- as the source in the drill down report definition which might be the root cause behind the opening of the record information instead of the work object in the portal.If so could you change the drill down report definition content be sourced with the Work Object content from Work- which might open you the work object in the portal.

In your attachment step 3 screenshot, it is having the instance handler of the Data class reference instead of the Work- class instance handler. So i suspect that your report definition is retrieving the content from the indexed content instead of the direct work objects. If that is true then this is the root cause behind the failure of not able to open the work object as expected as your opened instance is not work object instance but its a work object indexed instance.
