On the click of a button how can we fetch the case details of a different work object implementing a data page.
Suppose you are working on a Case ID ,C-3 and at some particular point in this case you want to fetch customer details of another customer from a different case say C-4 now how will you fetch the customer details of another case in C-3 and also open that C-4 case within C-3?What should be the configuration done on the data page?

@SohamM95 but it should bascially open that case so how lookup can be used here,suppose we enter the case ID C-6 on the screen to get the customer details now what should be the data page configuration be done so that opens up the case on the screen?
