Hi There,
is there any official date in which Pega plans to discontinue the support to Chordiant 6.6?
Thanks

Hi Mattia
Just to clarify, at this time Pegasystems has not announced any end-of-life dates for the Decision Manager and Recommendation Advisor product suite, and we continue to offer support for them within the constraints of underlying third-party stack components. To ensure compatibility with newer versions of these third party components, customers may be required to upgrade to later versions of Pega products.
We request that customers update us at least six weeks in advance of any plans to change or upgrade any of their supporting third party components or configurations in order for us to review and assess any possible impacts of these changes and respond accordingly.
We continuously review this policy in the light of changes in associated third-party stack components, and may at some future time make an end-of-life notification for particular products or versions in the event that a critical third-party component ceases to be available or supported.
Any such announcement will be closely coordinated with our customers to ensure adequate notice to plan accordingly.
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns going forward.

Hi Mattia
Can you confirm which product you are referring to? i.e. Decision Manager, Foundation server or Marketing Director?

Mattia,
It is Pega's policy to always support all products we have ever released. This includes Chordiant 6.6, Recommendation Advisor and Chordiant Decision Management.
