Checklist while upgrade from 7.1.8 to 7.2.2

Hi Team,

Our application is running on 7.1.8 and we are planning to move to 7.2.2.

What I understood that as both the versions are in P7 hence it should be an update and not an upgrade. But I need to send an impact analysis for the same to the client.

So please provide me a checklist for impact analysis, that what all things we should take care before and after the update or upgrade.
