Changing values in Dynamic System Settings

Hi I have a requirement to change the value in a DSS.I am using a DSS for a property in a Decision table and that decision table is delegated to users.since DSS rules cannot be delegated to users i need to implement a way that will allow users to change the value in the DSS for that property either by user action (eg:Proerty-set) or in any manner.kindly help me to find a way to achieve this functionality.

Hi Praveen,

If you want to modify dss of pega-engine ruleset then I think you can not give this permission to users because a restart of server is required to get it reflected.
