Certifications not displaying on profile

Hi,

Very strangely I do not see any of my certifications listed in My Achivements nor do I see any badges or trainings I did. How to get this fixed? Thanks!

This is usually due to the fact that you are using different email addresses to login to Pega Community sites than you used to register for you exam. Please follow up with [email protected] and they should be able to get you squared away.
