Certification not reflecting in Person VUE
Hi I have competed pega CSA and trying to take Pega CSSA certification When im trying to get voucher for pega cssa its saying i have to complete CSA certification before taking CSSA. I dont see PEGA CSA reflecting in PErson VUE but its showing in Pega academy

Hi @Goutham VS
You have to use same email address in Pearson VUE, .i.e.., Which is used in PDN.
Example; If you used email in PDN: abc @ test.com, you have to use same email in Pearson VUE: abc @ test.com
Always we have to use same email address in both accounts.
Please login by using below link
https://www.pearsonvue.com/us/en/pegasystems.html and
then click on My Profile then update Primary Contact Information

The primary ID which is registered in Pega academy is from my old organisation and i dont have access to that anymore.
Will that be fine with this?
