Case Test Cases Fail at Attachment
Error .Attachment.pxResults(1).pyFileName: This field may not be blank. occur when rerun the created test case.
May I know how can we ensure the test case is able to upload the file when on run?

@YeenChiaC8689 it sounds like a particular configuration in your CreateCase is causing the problem.
Can you clarify what you mean when you say you 'rerun the created test case'?
At what point is the test case involved in uploading a file?
Have you checked what conditions are set in the activities that are involved in running the case?
Is there a modal window involved? If so please check the possible cause listed in this support article.

The upload of document happen at the beginning of the form submission stage.
