Upgrade Script Failing

Pega upgrade from 7.1.9 to 8.5( on Premise to On Premise ) App server –WebLogic Proprietary information hidden DB Server – Oracle server Proprietary information hidden We are struck with below error. Please guide. Ideally this has to work OOTB and need not be run manually correct ? @Ratna What is the value set for "bypass.pega.schema"  in setupDatabase.properties file?  If it is set to true, can you set it to "false" and retry ?
