Accepted Solution
Issue resolved. Cases are being created by agent in so by the time i create 2 cases it created 40 every time/
Do other case types also use the TSK prefix?
No.
Hi
Could you verify logs for any data integrity issues. I think some of the case ids are failing after case creation.
Thanks
Hi There,
Could you please check from the DB to understand if the sequence is actually broken.
I think in DB you would find cases in sequence.
Cases in sequence would mean that there are other process that are running the same case type, may be a agent.
