Case - Coverable WorkTypes
In case type rule pyDefault can we add Coverable Work Types from a data page or it should be hard coded class name?
Please suggest an approach to have a dynamic Coverable worktypes for a case so that we need not change Case type rule every time a new Coverable work Type comes.

Hi Gowri,
During a child case instantiation it is expecting the the class of the Child case to be Specified in the (case type rule pyDefault can we add Coverable Work Types) if not the child is not instantiating. so i want to make it dynamic.
But where can i use the activity (ActionAddToCover) as case creation is an OOTB process

Hi Aditya,
I don't think there is a way to dynamically add child cases( coverable work types) by default. Other way is you can add all the work types(child cases) to you cover (parent case) and run time you can dynamically instantiate the child cases.

My requirement is to have implementation specific instantiation for Work types. I'll specify all the FrameWork WorkTypes in the pyDefault. but at run time the case is instantiating with FW Only. How can we instantiate with implementation Specific Work type without mentioning them in Case type rules
