The 500 error from CaptureResponse usually means there’s a problem with how your Customer Service app is talking to CDH. Start by double-checking the CDH URL and credentials you added under App Studio > Settings > CDH Configuration  make sure they’re correct and pointing to the right environment. Then check if the operator used for this connection has access to both CS and CDH properly. Sometimes this error also happens because the response payload (the data being sent back to CDH) is missing required fields or is in the wrong format. You can open browser dev tools or check logs to see exactly what’s being sent. Also, make sure the CaptureResponse service in CDH is enabled and not restricted by an incorrect access group or authentication setting. Finally, look into the logs on both sides  CS and CDH to see what failed exactly. That should give you the clue to fix it.
