Cannot download the Hfix-7496.

Hi Team,

I am trying to download the Hfix-7496 from "My Support Portal",after finishing all the steps to download a blank screen is presented instead of download link for this particular Hfix. Tried with IE,Chrome and Firefox as well the same is happening.  is there any way to get the Hfix?
