Can i change my workers interface's language ?, in arabic ?

so some of my company prefer Arabic over English and we need Arabic language because a lot of our customers use the language Arabic?

@PoojaGadige  while I am on this page: Converting your UI for right-to-left languages, I saw the first option and he is saying to click on Operator in the footer of dev studio I didn't find Operator so I did go to the second option where I go to the record and edit my self that didn't work, the site still left to right, and how can I change field text in Pega?
