@georgeh16741365  Its a Worklist. This would be in a section and in that there would be a table. click on column where you want to add the new column, there on top we would get the corresponding option to add the column before or after the column selected.

I think in your requirement data is fetching from deport definition so open that report and you can add one column in that report.

You can track the section using LIVE UI, and check the source of the table whether it is a Data Page or Report Definition. You can add a column in the table layout and same property to be mapped in the Data page source or Report definition.
