Call Flow on successful login
Hi,
I have a requirement to call a flow on login. Basically when new user logs into the system he should see a screen to input some details. I have configured a separate flow in my WO class to hold this particular flow.
Is there a way to call this particular flow directly after successful login?
This trigger is as not restricted to call a flow, it can be either Call Flow or Call FlowAction or call a case creation (if it is case creation I can configure this Flow in a separate Case).

I tried using the pyMobileSnapStart functionality and I achieved the expected result, i.e I could trigger a case creation on successful login.

Can you check the activity which is the starting activity called for any Operator when first logged, this might be the starting point where you can do customisation or other option is to customise the portal you display once logged in.

Thanks for your response, but I already tried adding my customization in that Data-Portal.ShowDesktop Activity but it doesn't workout.
1. The Activity is itself a Final one so we cant save it and customize.
2. So I saved as it with different ID and using this Activity to do my customization and calling this in the Operator rule.
3. Even in this approach I could not find any extension point to do our customization so I simply added a last line in this Activity to call the OOTB Activity 'Work-.New' to create a new Work Object.
4. Here in this new WO of my Class is getting created but the Harness is not refreshed it froze with actual home screen and from there on I could not proceed further.
Note: I built my Use case on top of Theme-Cosmos Application.
Any help on how to resolve this issue?
