Calculation of Time of the day

How to calculate the time of the day based on another time of the day.

Example: If A=10.0 a.m, then B should be 11.00 a.m.

 

Is there any OOTB function to add an hour to time of the day. I can able to add an hour to date time but I want to add to time of the day.

I don't believe there is an OOTB function to do this. You will have to write a custom function alias. Is this in the context of a report definition (i.e., a SQL function alias)?
