Browser Compatibility for Special Component
Hi all,
We are using Pega's Speciality Component to load a custom map and call a few services. However, the map/script doesn't load at times. The behavior is intermittent.
Can anyone suggest how to approach this problem and solve this?

Have you tried tracing this? Does Pega appear perform their actions consistently according to the configuration?
Have you confirmed if this is not a third party issue with the map service?
What does fiddler show you in the failure vs working case. Is your map service responding/sending data back?

Hi Rett,
The map/service is in JS, so not much help from Pega trace. The issue doesn't happen when the script is run outside pega.
When the map loads, all the functionalities are fully working. But when map load fails, the screen is just a blank image, no other actions are supported then.

Yeah, none of the Pega tracing tools will be of any help here. As Rett suggested Tracing with Fiddler might help to find if there is any issue from request point of view.
Also, IE js debugger in developer tools might help.
