"Browse by keys" isnt available while using Dataset-Execute ?

I am trying to create a dataset sourced from a csv file.

When I use Dataset-Execute, the operation "Browse by keys" isn't avail in the DD.DD(Dropdown).

Is there a way to scan through the list based on a key?

Eg: xyz.csv

key1,column1,column2

111,Y,Y

112,Y,N

This option is available when the Data set is populated from a database table. Is there a way to browse through when we do a file upload using a key?
