Breadcrumb trail of Forward steps For assignments
So i have a requirement where A user should be able to go to any screen that he wants back and forth in the UI. For Backward trail i used an OOTB section called ProcessSteps which has HTML tags and i have placed it in the Caseheaderouter screen So this helps in creating the link on top nof my Application UI. And suppose i am on the 4th assignment but any point of time if i want to go to the 1st or 2nd or for that matter any assignment previous to it, i can simply click pon the link and it allows me to navigate. and all the changes as well persistes. But to navigate back to the 4th assignment from the first i have to submit it 3 times to reach there. So i wanted to know if there is an OOTB rule that can help in this or If i can make any change to the HTML tags by saving it in my rule. Please help . Iam attaching the Screenshot. I just want that if any change can stop the deletion of the link when i go back . So in the first pic you can see the 4 links and when i go to a previous link the link after that gets removed. If only i can stop that then i guess i can navigate both backward and forward. Please help

The TabbedScreenFlow7 harness has breadcrumb navigation. You can check how it is configured and compare with your harness rule.

I did check and even tried using the OOTB section that helps get the navigation link but the problem is that the mandatory validations that are there in the screen gets skipped.

What Pega version are you using?
I see this issue reported in 7.1.7 where validations were skipped when using the breadcrumb control.

Thanks a lot for the quick response. We are using 7.2.2. The thing is as we need the functionality of Process flow and the navigation behaviour of Screenflow so what i did is there is and OOTB section pyTabbedScreenFlow7Navin my section pyCaseheaderOuter which allows the link to show on top of the screen and helps in navigating to and fro but we are validating quite a few things in every screen and when we simply click on the above breadcrumb it goes to the next screen without validating the screen. Plz help so that i can validate somehow the fields.

In the assignment properties, expand the 'Assignment Details' section and check the 'Perform post-processing when navigating away from step' option.
