How Can we view the values stored in BLOB?
If there is going to be an upgrade, how do we move the values stored in BLOB?

Create a BIX extract rule and extract data.

How Can we view the values stored in BLOB? -> for this query you can use any of the approach suggested by my colleague Shubham.
If there is going to be an upgrade, how do we move the values stored in BLOB? -> If you are talking about the Pega Platform upgrade then the upgrade process will take care of moving the data from one environment to another environment during upgrade process.

Hi,
Whenever you see any Pega Data table you will find PZPVSTREAM column.
This column is BLOB column of the table which hold the data in BLOB data type
