Blank screen after logging-in Pega 7.4 Platform
Hi,
I have installed Pega 7.4 in a virtual machine and after entering credentials I receive a blank screen. I have seen lots of errors in the console F12 developer tools in IE which I attach.
The same in IE 11 and Chrome. The same from the virtual machine and outside. From outside I can do logging in another Pega platform.
Any suggestion?

Thanks for your help on this. Fortunately, I got some luck to get this fixed. I re-installed the application and it does work fine now. I was not able to get why but yeah I suppose installation was the problem for me in first go.

Hello,
What type of user is it? Do you have the same behavior with Out-Of-The-Box user? The PegaRULES logs might be interesting as well to look at I guess.

Just to confirm, did we make any changes to related to javascript, just before we started facing this error. Also, are we facing the same issue with every operator? Please let us know.

Has the system startup without any error? Have a look at PegaRULES.log covering the startup timeframe.

Here we go!! I just now updated my google chrome and this is what I have got in console screen. Can someone please help me counter this? Is there any issue with my setup or this is happening because of some system config??

But you do get the login screen right? If that is the case, the system must have been able to initialize. Which application server do you use? Can you provide the application server log?

As I am using the personal edition of Pega tomcat server is what we will be using I suppose. If this has to be logs of my system then can you please guide me on from where I need to get those from. If they are from Pega server startup then I would get them today for your review.
Meanwhile,if you would have seen my earlier comment with attachment you would be able to see that we have many errors in console screen.

Hello Aniket,
As per the screenshot you shared, Link describes Error while decompressing the response body (e.g. ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED), Disabling compression in Tomcat (set "compression" to "false" in server.xml) helps to resolve the issue. Hope it helps!!!
