Pega Platform 7.4

Are all uplifts to 7.4 upgrades? In the Digital Software library all other versions have an "update" entry but 7.4 does not.

Hi, has Pega released 7.4.1 to the public yet? If so, where can we find the release notes? If not, when will 7.4.1 be released?
