                  Thank you for your reply. We tried 2 ways: 1) Connect-file 2) Manually uploading files to the server path. We verified the file has content. When we download it's blank.

We used OOTB download file to download and also tried the below java code from the other post on a silimar issue: didn't work.

byte[] bFile = new byte[(int) file.length()];
